PURPOSE
PPM PPM Capital was founded with the intention of acquiring and operating a single South Texas business where the owner is ready to transition out. What we strive to offer is partnership, structured in a way that meets all of your goals in transitioning the business you have successfully built.
The name PPM Capital is in honor of my late grandmother Peggy Pitman Mays and the initials that we shared. Peggy, or "Bebo" as we called her, dedicated much of her life to giving back to her hometown of San Antonio. Whether through board service at multiple nonprofits across the city or being awarded the Motherhood-Lifetime Achievement Award from Texan CAN, she was an admirable role model to her children and grandchildren. PPM Capital serves as a continuation of her give-back mentality through acquisition and development of a business in the San Antonio area.

ABOUT THE TEAM
PATRICK MAYS
MANAGING PARTNER
A San Antonio native, Patrick has lived across the state of Texas. After graduating from Vanderbilt University, he started his career in Houston at Ernst and Young where he was focused on operational improvement consulting. After following his girlfriend (now wife) CC to Dallas, he transitioned into a consulting role at Baylor, Scott, and White Health where he focused his efforts on physician experience through digital tools.
Patrick received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a concentration on entrepreneurship. While his colleagues spent summers at desk jobs at large corporations, he was helping drive strategy and even rolling up his sleeves to mow the occasional lawn for a Chicago-based lawncare business.
When he is not working, you can find Patrick losing his voice at a Spurs game or spending time with CC and their dog Shep in the hill country.
